At the end of the day if there is any truth in the accusations that are thrown at the scum and the ref in matches in which Man.U participate then the only explaination is that either the Ref feels intimidated by Utd or he's been bought either way It's WRONG but what can be done ?

The officials most definitely are intimidated at OT and it is a ploy that is actively encouraged from the number of seats allocated to away supporters (very few) to the manic reactions of Whiskey Face to any decision against them, more use of technology has got to be the answer and an awareness by the officials that the bas**rds are taking the piss. It would appear obvious that certain referees are more influenced than others by this unsporting behaviour and prone to bad judgement but however it is interpreted they are not doing their job properly and the same measures should be applied as with any occupation - they should be disciplined.
Whether this action takes the form of suspension, sacking or loss of salary doesn't really matter the point is they will be aware that they are not in an ivory tower and their job is not untouchable which should concentrate their senses, but the priority has got to be getting away from the human judgement aspect and depending on technology

This "until we score" sign is hilarious.

To be honest, I would prefer the injury time rule as well as at rugby. But at rugby, the referee may stop the time which the referee may not at association football.

Rumour has it Giggs has just scored to make it 5-3.

But we always knew about Furgerson Time, so this no real shock.

Did you see the look Hughes was giving Fergiescum when he was standing with his arm around the 4th official after the goal? if someone could get a picture of that we could do some good captions with it.

      Love it lfc_gerrard, fantabulous.

Now the cats out the bag the refs may be under more scrutiny at MU game's, I think like everything they do they have Gill in position to deflect any criticism away from OT. it does show that Rafa got it spot on in his rant at Fungie even if our present owners thought differently maybe now Gillett will apologize to Rafa....

Brilliant pictures. Scum get what they want, it's a fact. I personally like that idea JD has come up with, with the rugby league style hooter sounding after the added time. The only thing is though, the winning team would just kick the ball out of play at the first chance I would imagine.

F**k that bold pr**k Howard Webb should put on a United shirt every time he refs.

That free kick decision leading to O'shea's goal was disgraceful.
