Always thought Maureen's fate was ultimately financially affected Daz, think Abramovich is doing no more than cutting his losses.


Despite standing by his manager a board meeting is to be held to decide Mourinho's fate and Abramovich could be forced to pay as much as £40m should he sack him.

I think the only reason he hasn't got rid of Mourinho is because of the huge pay-out that would occur. He's a mere 4 months into a 4-year £240k a week contract. There may be clauses as you say but at the same time, they're that arrogant at Chelsea that they probably never contemplated this happening.

Imagine the odds at the start of the season, I don't even bet but woo, it is possible.

Also like to see him call himself the special one after going from Champions to relegation. They get a new manager and they might start getting results again but as it is he has lost all control and they are spiralling out of control.

Im hoping too that he keeps his job, caught out big time as to how "special" he is, now dont get me wrong, I like to moan now and again, but this guy, wow, even I cannot keep up!

It's amazing how he comes out and criticises his players' lifestyles yet he's the one that told them to go on a night out to a club a week or so ago without a curfew and they had training early in the morning. He's as much to blame, hope he stays in the job, they may actually get relegated.
