I hate to be the damp squib on this thread, but do Hicks's actions and crass insensitivity look like the behaviour of a man who is about to cash in his investment? If he were to be considering this course then he'd make the call and go! After all he has no other business interest on this side of the Atlantic, so why the media manipulation campain?
A previous post, likening him to Robert Magabe would be funny, if it's wasn't extremely accurate! Hicks too lives in his our little world were his acolytes tell him what he wants to hear. The two of them also so display many other similarities, they are both bankrupt, both financially and morally, and peddle a constant stream of lies and blatant untruths, convinced in the fact that we are going to swallow their crude attempts at manipulation.
One further point I'd like to add, and that's if his assertions are true regarding the Parry/Klinnsman affair, then I personally think that's Rafa gone! Because it wouldn't be just Parry hand on the dagger, it would be Moores as well. Rafa would know that Parry would not make such an approach without Moores knowledge and or blessing. This action by a cabal of four on the board will have the affect of backing Rafa into a corner, and would leave him little alternative but to seek a post elsewhere. It is little wonder that Rafa is seeking a urgent meeting with the board.
For what it's worth where do I sign?
