Any good then?  Anybody shelled out on it already?

What's better about it than Call of Duty 4? Is it worth the dosh?

I'm on the first level at the moment and I've got to say it's looking pretty good!

Nice gruesome start and then you're thrown right in the mix! Best way to start a game! :)

Have to sample it a bit more before I decide whether I'm going to buy it though! :D

Plus I'm playing it on an X-Box and on a littler telly than mine so the experience may not be as amazing as it should be! ;)

Surely a roles reversed type of game?

Imagine a Vietnam game! That'd be interesting, especially if the Yanks were making it.

Have this and I think its great, its at least as good as CoD4 and the maps on MP are awsome

once you complete SP you unlock Zombie mode which is great fun and the co-op option is fantastic if you fancy it with your mates :)

The start of COD5 was graphic enough for me! Surely they could incorporate 'Nam!

Unless you on about the game graphics, which shouldn't be a problem. They've already created a lush environment with Motorstorm: Pacific Rift. I'm sure the Americans would suggest it'd be too difficult to make though. ::)

Not selling it to me that.  At least as good?

I tended to play the online aspect of COD4 more - don't think I got round to completing the single player - got stuck at that bit where you're at the disused funfair waiting for the helicopter (and I'm an impatient sod).

      What's better/different about the multiplayer?

I kicked arse on that bit. Some nicely placed claymores and a keen snipers eye ;) Did take a few goes though.

At least as good as COD4 is a fair compliment. I didn't go out and buy COD4 though, I stuck to me MGO, Fight Night and FIFA. May well jump on the band wagon with this one, although there are games I'd rather buy first. (LBP, Fallout, new Fight Night)

Haha me too but after failing twice trying to charge down about 50 guys, I used my cool head a got my sniper out.
THinking of getting COD 5, I got COD4 behind the times, and I haven't got online, but am hoping to get it for the 360.

To be fair if you've got COD4 and you haven't yet experienced online then I wouldn't rush out and get COD5.  I'd just get online and COD4 online will keep you going for months.

If there was no FIFA I'd probably be hammering COD still.

Only got it on rental.  Amuses me greatly that the only game I have managed to have the sticking power to finish on my PS3 is one I haven't even bought.

Love the Zombie game on completion of it but I'll be sending it back on Monday.  Not sure if I will shell out on a copy just for the online play now.

How many times have you rented it because with the rental fees you probably could have just brought it :D

I pay a monthly subscription mate. £14 for 2 discs (Blu Ray, PS3 etc) out at a time.  Had it about a fortnight or so - I make that £3.50? Not bad.
