No im not. I love them! Of course when you have a topic call best movies of all time, people are going to come in with their own faves and those are mine! Bare in mind, i'm 17 so have missed a good lot of the so-called best movies from the past.

12 Angry Men is an absolute classic!

It is quite decent.

Also, Letters From Iwo Jima and Flags Of Our Fathers are great films.

Three films I would never expected to be in this thread!!

For me it has to be Heat, 300, Life Of Brian, The Lord of the Rings trilogy,Bullit and The Field.

Anybody seen Con Air? That's prertty decent except the ending just goes on and on and on and on and on and on and on a bit more but it's a yank film what d'ya expect.

Rush Hour 1,2 and 3 are good films as are Big Daddy, Longest Yard, 50 first dates, Happy Gilmore and in fact anything with Adam Sandler in.

Night at the Muesum is boss an all, boss affects and Ben Stiller is another great actor.

Another great one I thought of - Saving Private Ryan. However, it was annoyingly ruined slightly at the end when stood and saluted. That was the word cringe at it's finest.

OK, I'll start with my top two movies (joint number one).

BRILLIANT movies! Paul Newman was the man. He died last year on my birth day, it was quite sad. Legend.

Happy to see City of God being mentioned here (Im brazilian), its in my opinion the best movie this country has ever produced.

I watch many movies, mainly old ones and westerns (my favourite genre), so let me think of a few to post here...

The best movie of all time is this one, in my opinion:


4 hours long, but you dont get tired of it. Action, drama, violence, romance, brilliant soundtrack. Everything you can ask from a good movie, you will find there. Not to mention Robert de Niro, who is such a fantastic actor.
