I just got back from Mexico yesterday, it was brilliant. Cancun is a paradise, perhaps the most beautiful place I have ever been to. Scuba diving there was awesome, such warm waters and perfect visibility.

It wasn't only about natural beauty either, I visited a Mayan city there, watched some Mexican cultural shows, went out in one of their most famous night clubs, and so on. Truly great place to visit, I would recommend it to anyone. Not too expensive either, at least not going from Brazil. Flights are probably more expensive going from Europe though.

Cancun sounds lovely.. Always fancied it but never got round to it before we had the kids.. The world is a big place..

Off to Marmaris in Turkey for the 2nd year running in 11 weeks time with a few friends. Cannot wait.

Off to Ribby Hall next week for 4 nights with the other half and me lad and a couple of friends and their two kids.

Then i'm on a serious weight loss regime until El Campello in June.

We were in the Aegean Princess last year, just across the road from Excelsior. Wonderful place and incredibly friendly locals/staff.

Nice there,the Armutalan area is tops and it's just a nice walk into town,try Harry's just down the road for a scran good scoff mate!..enjoy your stay kidda.

Looking forward to my jollies on Sat,airport early for a few scoops in the lounge.

Just booked our flights to Alicante for El Campello on 30th June to 16th July. Couldn't come soon enough, been a horrendous year so far and I can just about see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Cannot wait to get there and be able to switch my phone and myself off.

I know the feeling mate - we've taken 3 weeks in Tenerife the last 3 years (and this) for exactly that reason. I stop thinking and she stops worrying...bliss!

Spain at the end of Sept for a week, then a weekend away to watch the Darts at Butlins Minehead at the end of Nov.

Going to Cleveland in a little over two weeks to visit a friend and see the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Looking to go to Prague at the end of the summer. Been looking at flights and they aren't cheap, to say the least.
