Is this lad a winger right full or wing back cos Ive read all 3 now!!!

He's a right winger but can play as a right full back.

8 million would be a great buy, he's only 22 and is a very talented winger.

Firstly, what do you know about him? How much have you seen him play? Whats his style? Hmm, thats what i thought.

Secondly, in trying to censor yourself, you've added an extra letter to F**k*ng.

What I am most concerned about is will we get any new players before the 31st anyway. Time is running out I'm sure this kid may seem a good aquisition and that's were we put our faith in our manager. Although we have a good squad now another option is good, although I know absoloutely nothing abought young Błaszczykowski

Rafa has maybe made a few signings that have faltered in the past but he has soon let them go. At least we didn't pay 30M for Schevers!!!!

I just watched a replay of a match on setanta between Leverkusem and Dortmund. I only watched it to see about this guy, although it was quit a good match. He didnt see much of the ball however when he did, he gave neat wee passes back and forth to his team-mates. He never hit a ball of the ground and the one thing that concerned me was that he very rarely took the full-back on. Anytime he got the ball, he just pased to the team-mate close to him.

Thats not to say he didnt have a good game but i jst dont think hes the man we are looking for. In saying that, i have seen hm in other games were he has took the full-back on and does so succesfully. For the price being suggested, he would be a decent buy as he is young and has plenty time to learn but in terms of putting him straight into the first team at Liverpool, i just dont think he is what we are looking for. Definately one who would be good as back-up or for the future but wouldnt be a starter in my eyes.

Not seen him play a full game so I can't comment on him.

Seeing as it comes from a reliable source though* I'd welcome a signing for the right wing. There really isn't a lot of genuine competition there for me. As long as it's a right winger - otherwise what was the point in bringing Degan in? He might not have cost us in a fee, but it's more wages to pay out.

Definitely we need a right winger.

      After all we only have

      Pennant
      Degen
      Benayoun
      Kuyt
      Torres
      Keane
      El Zhar

who can play there and they might all go to the same party one night and catch flu.  Bet Rafa hasn't considered that.

I bet that some on here are now wishing they kept their mouth shut so they could talk this kid up now.

If he was soooooo sh*t, how could he do that? Took on his man, got past him, laid it off for his team mate who stuffed it up but Jakub comes along, regathers the ball and produces a beauty. Brilliant stuff.

He will be a great player, not only because after that strike but he has every aspect to his game.

i watched him playing for a couple of games, and he surprised me.
he got pace, nice ball control, nice finishing and is a nice crosser.

he might be cheap, and will improve a lot in next year.
Benitez need to get this guy.

Jakub Blaszczykowski steered Poland to a 2-1 victory over Czech Republic in Saturday's FIFA World Cup qualifier.

The Borussia Dortmund player was involved in the opening goal scored by Pawel Brozek before adding the second himself in the 52nd minute.

Job to assess his true potential from those clips but if he is brought to Anfield, i'll have to buy an xxxl shirt and leave the coat hanger in when i wear it, to get his name on the back. ;D
