They done well and I think Heskey actually caused some problems with his movement. I haven't seen him move that fast since he slipped over at Anfield.

I thought England were going to be taught a lesson there. But it seems the complacency rested with Croatia for once.

Would just like to say Congratulations England a well deserved victory. Croatia firstly in the build up to the game were way too cocky and confident which was a dissapointing move from Bilic. I hope he learns a thing or two from Capalleo. In terms of the actual match Croatia looked good for about the first 15 minutes or so but gave way too much possesion to England. The goal was a dissapointing display of defending from a usually solid left back and the most experienced centre back coupled with a questionable offside decision. Not to go on now and blame the referee for the defeat but many decisions went England's way but take nothing away from them England deserved it. Its back to the drawing board for Bilic the loss would dot hurt as much had it not blown away our record in Zagreb. First competitive defeat in Croatia's football history.

I think after the sending off there was only going to be one winner, but saying that going down to 10 men was in script, a few of your players got close to a red IMO.  However, the one that kicked Terry in the head, I hope knocked some sense in him!
