      And on this cliffhanger...
      Oct 11, 2008 02:08:23 am
Rick Parry's contract is due for renewal in January 2009.

      Hmmm....

Guess this season won't be one of those seasons where we can concentrate fully on our football.

Expect us to be made a laughing stock in the press again shortly.

Fully expecting it. The timing is bad.

Let's hope the football pulls us through the Christams period.

With a bit of luck we will get rid of him for nothing on a Bosman, and with a bit more luck Moores,Gillett and Hicks will leave with him in sympathy. ;D

Offer him to Man City. Take them an extra 10 years to break into the top four.

I think everyone might have learned their lesson last season!!!!! I wouldlove to get rid of Parry but let's not do it in the middle of the season!!!! No doubt if we fired him a week later we would be stuck with "Rick Parry, My Autobiography"!!!! Wouldn't the London Press love that! It's not worth it!!!! Just give him until the end of May then be rid of him.

It takes two people to agree to give him a new contract.

Hicks won't be doing that will he, and his contract will expire.  So it will be adieu.

Not a good sign obviously but there's alot that is way more eye catching for the media then Rick Parry (Cue Paul Tomkins 'save the day' mode):

      Newcastle continue their turmoil

Everton's takeover project/"The Chosen One"' contract

Spurs continue their sh*te form and Ramos' successor

Ronaldo to Real, will he/wont he?

City's transfer garbage (Buffon, Cassano, Torres, Ronaldo, Henry, Kaka all on the list as far as i know)

So we have alot that the media can turn into one bullshit story after another before they think about Rick Parry but with our media record you never know.

rick parry is to close to the american owners,it is time for him to step down and let a true red take his place, after what he has done behind benitez back, he is just a yes man to the yanks, so lets remove him.

Rick Parry is a great Chief Executive, it should be the owners who go, if Rick Parry does, which I expect will happen! Stupid yanks!!
