as it currently stands as of this exact minute we're 3 points off 77pts which is where Arsenal find themselves. With 12 points left to play for (15 for city) its mathematically possible we could still win the league. So, lets stop f*cking around and looking all sorry for our selves and take this to the f*cking last day - starting tomorrow at the Hammers!

      Come on!

      West Ham 1 - 4 Liverpool
      spurs 1 - 0 Arsenal
      Forrest 0 - 0 City

If this happens it's all back on again!

Darwin might casually slot one into the net, Lucho might slide one inside the post and past the goalie and 🐖 might fly.

I think second half we showed more fight, but having been shellshocked by the intensity, physicality and collective will of EFC players (and fans to be fair - that atmosphere carried Everton), the pattern of the game was set and with us chasing the game they sat back and absorbed everything. Fair play to them, theyd have been stupid to play any other way.
Lazy? I think there’s one or two who didn’t put the kind of derby-game shift in we feel entitled to expect.
Everton wrong-footed us and we should not have been as surprised as we seemed.
They made it a derby when all we wanted (expected?) was a painless win. Not all our lads rolled up their sleeves and got stuck in when we needed to battle, and when a few did (Robbo, Lucho) they stood out and the rest couldnt seem to raise their spirit to match them.

Virgil’s comments after were interesting. His use of ‘they’ not ‘we’ (don’t they want to win the league?) impied that he thought some lads were slacking off. As club captain that’s damning. Wonder who he had in mind?

Such a depressing end to the season. I literally can’t believe the complete collapse.
Total capitulation...Players collectively went to pieces and couldn't handle the pressure.

Accusations will be bandied about come the end of the season. Said it once or twice that bad refereeing or outright cheating could've been one of the reasons Klopp has decided to go early. The frustration must be very tiring on him. Do everything to get the result and along comes a Ref and makes a blatantly wrong decision and you think..HTF could he NOT give that.

Obviously all the clubs will have a whinge or three but the Spurs game was beyond a joke.

I've gone for 2-2 but we are well capable of giving WH a thump or three. Won't say it's pressure off so we can play with freedom. We should be in contention and pressure comes with it.

Been issues at both ends. But we have made good progress this season. Injuries and loss of form, bad refereeing has been the biggest disappointment. And arguable one or two average signings. Namely Nunez and Dom, but few weeks back it was Cody in the dock, so all it takes is a few good results and we're back in it...well normally but now the reality is we will likely finish 3rd.

Nothing to do with winning or losing, Atalanta away was probably the laziest of the lot.....your keeper can't be having the most touches of any player in your team. That can't happen. No one besides Diaz lately has wanted to take initiative for our play. It's all pass it around at the back a bit like we're at the park then give it Trent so he can walk around with it and smash a 50 yard up the pitch. Being outfought and not winning any duels, sometimes not even contesting for duels.

So yes I don't think the calls of laziness is unmerited.

But it's got very little to do with being 'lazy'. They lose form, not right on the day, fatigue, stress, their outplayed, wrong team selection, bad luck, bad ref, slightly less motivation sometimes for reasons unkown, their human being with all the frailties etc.

Numerous reasons. Yes since United it's gone wrong but it's not outright laziness.

      Jürgen Klopp

Let me start by saying that this club is everything to me, my support is always for that badge and the club.....I will support every player and manager even if they are not good enough to be there, Ill hope they succeed for the club...

Players and managers will always come and go. Some youll miss and recall things they done forever. Some youll miss and move on from in weeks, some youll never think off again.

Jürgen Klopp is in a bracket on his own.

What he has achieved, and nearly achieved os incredible. The smart arses will say 1 leagie 1 champions league in 9 years isnt success....they dont get it, or purposely use it as a wind up

Hes dragged us away from mediocrity to annual contenders in everything we play for. Setting ridiculous points totals in seasons only for a once in a lifetime team to get a point more. 3 champions league finals, 4 Eurooean finals in his time is Psisleyesque, without the same reward sadly as the great man

Hes done this while promoting academy players, and biuying smartly, players for him and his way, not superstar big money names for the sake of it...he gave us back our swagger, doubters to believers.

He got the city, he got the people

The last few dsys have been tough, maybe the time is right to change, for him and us....but I know for sure Sunday May 19th at about 4.45 Ill shed tears at his final moment, im not ashamed to say that.....that final fist pump to the crowd. That last walk off down the tunnel....be tough

Jürgen Klopp, thank you for the so many memories....you will always be in the memory bank, never ever forgotten...you are a legend and a hero to us......You truly will never walk alone

Should there be a thumbs down facility on this site. Seems to me that this is a 'lazy' post. 'Not winning..oh their all lazy'....thumbs down on this one.

I think his form has fallen off a cliff but regardless of that what are we going to do about his body?

The lad cannot play 90 minutes a week in a team that quite often plays 270.

A lot of the players can't seem too which is a concern, I still think the number of injuries we have is mostly due to the intensity of our training sessions and how much we put into games. Hopefully under Slot we have a more balanced approach, more rest between games and less exertion on the body.
