Champions League Prediction Form for Charity

THIS IS THE NEW UPDATED 2011 COMPETITION


Hi there and thanks for taking the time to read this thread, if  you're kind enough to participate then thanks again !

My Brother-in-Law is disabled and runs a charity called Wheelers and Wobblers which can be accessed by going to www.wdco.org/site/Wheelers-and-Wobblers/index.htm

The reason for this post is to advertise a competition they're running called Champions League (which is loosely based on our own Prediction League ).

You have to predict the results of the sixteen games in the next round of the UEFA Champions League, scoring points for both the result and correct score (exactly like our prediction league) please check out the form below !

Subsequent rounds only need you to predict who will progress (due to the fact that you have to submit the form before the rounds are completed) ultimately you need to correctly predict the winners, runners-up, and losing semi-finalists !

The entrance fee is £2, one of which goes to the charity and one in to the prize pool. Last year the winnings were shared between the top 8 scorers, the winner taking about £60.
 
Unfortunately I've left it rather late to post this as the forms have to reach my brother-in law by thursday 10th of February.

Can you post a bigger form please.  I think it's 500kb maximum - not 50kb.

Have tried resizing it again. Is this any better?
