I'm in Las Vegas at the moment and I watched the match yesterday at a British pub whilst wearing my United shirt with Scholes 18 on the back, after his strike everyone seemed impressed with the shirt, lots of Americans sat around me with Ronaldo or Rooney shirts but I had the right shirt on...

Called my mate in Manchester at half time, he doesn't want Liverpool in the final because he's scared of a Liverpool victory as am I but I want the final to be between us two great northwest rivals, went down to the strip after the game and met loads of United fans, all cockneys though.

I'm from Manchester and I'm going home next week but I was so happy and got a little bit tired and emotional as you can expect, I hope to see lots of happy scousers on the strip this afternoon after the game, I always get on well with them, no southern softies should ever win Europe's biggest trophy...

13 hours after starting I crawled into my bed with a happy, contented smile on my face, I will have another smile on my face if Liverpool get there and I can dream of beating Liverpool in Moscow, it costs nothing to dream......

I went home at 9 o'clock today, I was sad. I saw a guy with an England 6 Terry shirt on and wanted him to come near me so I could tell him what a lucky b***ard they were but he kept away, never mind there's always next year......

Nah, it's gone now. Anyway, we scored an own goal in the first leg and gave a pen away in the second. Both incidents have a big significance to the tie.
