Anyway, announced today:
Some of the measures.
Minimum 2Mb broadband for all UK homes by 2012...
... in part paid for by a new 'broadband tax'. A fixed levy on home broadband lines
ISP's to hand over identities of individuals who use peer 2 peer programs to copyright holders.
