summer signings

its plain to see that with the signings rafa's picked up this past year is that he's building up the future l.f.c.
it is great that we are perchising all these young stars, plus with our up and coming youth players, but with this takeover on the horizon, i would like to see a few here and now players brought in in the summer.
Yes we have already got a good team, but with two or three big signings, we could have a GREAT team that will be able to put up a  Calzagie fight for the title next season.
maybe if we didn't have such of a crap start to the season, we would be right up there with the SCUM, but the problem is, is that we did.

just as long as we don't spend £30m plus and £150.000 per week on hasbeens like some bluearsed team i know :action-smiley-027:
just hope we can get our hands on some good experienced players in the summer, then get ourselves back where we belong...........

In my opinion we need cover for RB, poss another CB (for cover) as Hyppia is not getting any younger (Carra and Agger the central two), a quality wide man and a 'fox in the fox' striker.
We seem to say what we need every year, but if never seems to work out.
Spend that little extra on quality this year and watch us go.

At the moment transfers look bleak. It really doesn't look like we are going to bring someone exciting in this month.
Lets get the DIC deal done, and that Gillette guy to fob off.

if that American guy puts in a bid for us, then i think we will have problems. he will try and take over Rafa's job. so i hope he don't, the bloody yank.

in the summer i would like a top world class striker eg, Henry/ Villa, and the defence needs strengthen. RB, alves/ Taylor. playes for newcastle. good player. CB, my mind goes blank.

i would rather wait for the summer for transfers as genuinely january tranfers are panic buys for cover of injuries or help out of relegation zone,which we dont need either of.
if the take over happens in the next month, it will give rafa and his men plenty of time to go shopping for the right players needed to push us up that next step.

is there any big bosmans this summer, not heard of no one as yet
