Have Man Utd bought their last 11 titles?

To be fair Liverpools 18 titles were won before the big money came into football. Man Utd have basically bought their past 11, and Chelsea bought 2.

Those Liverpool titles were more worthy, because they were won when players actually played for the shirt, and managers developed teams through skill, developing players. If Man City spend another 150 million next year, they may well buy a title all of their own.  Real Madrid may well have just bought the Champions League, and the Spanish title with their 170 million spend.
Man Utd may well have just sold this years title, when they pocketed a lazy 80 million.

I don't really care about the scum side of the football world, it's what we do that will win us the league not what they do or don't do.

Yes, I certainly agree that the scums bought those 11 titles. When they found no way to break our dominance in the 70s and 80s, they worked on the financial side of things in the 90s and got the best players available and out muscled us. We rested on our laurels for far too long, we simply went into a long slumber, thinking we cannot be caught but the scums has done just that. I blame the people looking at the commercial side of things for the last 20 years! Getting pittance out of those sponsorships and not capitalising on the worldwide support it enjoys in terms of product merchandise. Things will have to change now and fast.
