Defend in numbers, attack in numbers! Works pretty well most of the time if you have quick thinker's on the team.

Suarez can play the first half on the bench and then the second half up front. Torres can score three in the first half and suarez can bang in 3 in the second. Everyone's happy.

Yupppp exactly, a lot of players have been given greater freedom. Putting down numbers is impossible, because it forever changes.
