Ridiculous Idea

Now i'v had a couple of beers but i'v had what seems like a good but slightly unrealistic idea.

How many active members are on this forum ? Wouldn't it be amazing if we all tried to organize a huge get together at a match against a team that tourists wouldn't want to go to like Swansea or something ?

If 40% of the active members + 1 could make it we'd have a huge turnout and no doubt we'd all be singing.

Now if fans were prepared to make the trip over from abroad i'd encourage people with spare rooms etc to put the lads up from abroad Im from  Ireland myself but i have friends in the city so i'd be ok.

Now How hard would it be to get tickets for everyone ? I really don't think it would be impossible if we look very far in advance.It would be a unbelievable milestone for the forum.

I think this would be cool, haha, I've had a few beers myself!  I'm planning a trip next fall, it's the earliest I could go and it will be my first time outside of North America.  Wife is going to see relatives in Spain, and I didn't want to go (because I would rather go to Liverpool), so we decided I'll go to the UK and watch 2 or 3 live matches for my vacation.

My only concern is why I wasn't invited drinking. I was in bed by ten anyway to be honest.

It's a good idea. We have how many forum members from Liverpool? A lot. They could definitely arrange to all go to a match together and even if four or five joined from around the UK and another few from Ireland, etc it would be brilliant .
