       ;D

Not to worry racer... Brendan and the lads know the 'market value' of players. If 'it's' too much 'it' won't be paid (by us). Although, strictly speaking, 'market value' is the 'price' that anyone is prepared to pay for an asset.

From what i've seen of him, he's a brilliant little player.

Don't fancy spending 20M Euro on him, though.

Just like Torres was quoted saying he didn't wanna leave us??
Think he would offer us something that we're lacking but agree with most that the price being said is too much for him. In around the 8-10 mil mark I would think.

I do believe this was a bit of a twitter hoax... Could be wrong, but have a look at @FormidableRed timeline from the last day.

He looked alright when playing in the Madrid team but what would he be like with Downing and Adam?

And how would he survive a cold wet night night at the Britannia?

All questions that need answering first!!

Just like Torres & MANY others have said they was committed before they left.

Usually saying you're "comfortable" with a certain club is the kiss of death.

This thread remains open due to the fact that the source is credible. Seems I forgot to edit it in when I re-opened the thread this morning.

It would be nice if BR could use his relation with Mourinho to get Jose Callejon as well as Nuri Sahin. With Benzema, Di Maria, Higuain, Ronaldo playing up-front, surely Callejon would not get much playing time at Real Madrid...

When since has Di Maria ever played as a striker? He is a wide player and plays wide for Madrid and considering Ronaldo plus either of Benzema/Higuain always start, they need back up forwards and Callejon is their back up for out wide and up front.
