No no no no no! Nobody can replace Reina and if Rodgers has at least half a brain he will know not to end up having to replace Reina!!

One day, someone will have to though, as with all our players. Been enough rumours concerning his departure these last few seasons though.

Criminal if Reina is replaced by Loris, signals one thing to me, saleable asset.

Maybe tired of being bullshitted to? Lack of progress on all fronts.

Yes but when that one day comes I hope it is through his retirement, not because we have sold him.

Unless he's going to retire at the top of his form, I must say I hope not.  You sell players so their 'legs' go on the next manager. though being a keeper, he could still have 10+ good seasons in him yet.

His legs might not go. I hate Scholes with a passion but he is proof that you can retire with some still left in the tank and out of choice, not because the legs have gone. Would you sell Gerrard on the chance that his 'legs' may go on the next manager?

With Scholes, it's not about the legs, it's about the brain, we can keep Stevie G, but his role and what people expect of him will have to change and considering he only started 12 games last season, it is a concern though.

Maybe a more apropos situation would be Carragher whom, if a reasonable offer came in, I'd certainly consider.
