Any Decent Cheap Car Websites?

Just thinking about buying me first car and was wondering if anyone had any websites they could pass on.

I Have bought my last two cars off of E-bay I find you get a far more detailed car on there than the likes of Auto trader, fair enough ther are more for sale in Autotrader, but the description is far too brief and everything is abbreviated i.e E.W, P.A.S., A/C ! and the ads cost about £30.
On e-bay its £6 to list and you can make the ad as informative as you wish
also when you are searching you can limit the distance from your house that you want to search !

I got my last car off the Autotrader website, I ended up going to a garage that was advertising in there.  I knew what I wanted though and did a search of the cars for sale in my area with a 30 mile radius. 

It all depends if you know a bit about cars though mate, if you do then what Frizz is suggesting is a great idea, you can get some bargains on Ebay.  I didnt have a clue, so went to a garage so I'd have some sort of warranty
