Any sale of Suarez now would be a cut-rate price. So either way we're a bit screwed here: We're without our best player until November; or if we decide to sell him, it will be a significantly lower fee than we would have received otherwise.

Why, he's still a boss player, just a mad boss player.

We sell for top price or not at all. Simples!

I don't think we would accept any less than the supposed release clause of £70m. Even now.

I totally agree, we are under no pressure to sell, so let him come back in November really fired up, Hopefully please please please without any more "incidents" then we F**k him off to the highest bidder next summer for top $.

No, think he will be a decent player to bring off the bench, plus would rather have Borini in our line-up than Moses or Aspas.

For the start of the season we could play Sterling in Suarez's position, room for another attacking midfielder to come in the starting 11 (Sterling's previous role). We'd score plenty no doubt about it.
If we sell him we'd move on, no worries really, not ideal how it's being forced on us in a way but he was probably on his way before the world cup business.

I would much rather he didn't leave us at all.

But lets be honest, what will be will be.

Why not just slip the lad a few of those mini pork pies before he goes out ?
Nothing like a crafty crunch in between goals.

Mate, the thought of Borini up front for us is definitely not something that would make me laugh ;)     Am on the other side of that fence.  He has improved, but not enough for a top4 side imo. Better than Aspas though. Still, the way things are going we may end up with him as 3rd striker for first quarter of the season. And if so, I hope to be proven wrong.

Luis put this plan into action so he could play for barca. He is a classic manipulator and will do anything to achieve his ambition. As we have witnessed against italy in the world cup.  Its all about the money and more fame.

Luis did what he did because he was losing control as he felt powerless that Uruguay were not going to win. After he bit the Italian defender it caused kind of a scene which disrupted the game allowing Godin, the player who should have been sent off against Éngland, to score the winner. If he didn't bite the Italian defender I don't think Uruguay would have won.

      Suarez bite 79th Minute.
      Godin's Goal 80th Minute.

Hmmm... I wonder why Suarez bit Italian defender?

If I was FIFA I would actually disqualify Uruguay and put Italy through.

Urug with Suarez - 2 defeats vs avg opposition.
Urug with a partially fit Luis - 2 wins against big teams.

Even with a 50m Cavani they looked sh*t tonight.
Yet another demonstration of why some players are worth 80m, AND irreplaceable.

Its about time the English press got back to talking about why England has such a sh*t team. Instead of misquoting and bitching about the Prem Lge's  best ever player. But money talks in the pr world, and evidently the FA have been busy since the joke of England's exit.
