RAFAEL BENITEZ admits he is unable to pinpoint why Liverpool’s home form has proved so costly to this season’s title challenge.

He is more concerned with the number of chances they have missed at Anfield and sees this as more of a contributing factor to them being 12 p.

I think he knows this could his last season as a LFC manager. I wrong?

I hope it won't be, but the man will not be short of offers if it... lets keep him, he is a quality manager... how the hell a Moanrinio or a Capello or such like would have managed the budget fiasco and false promises given by the Yanks and Judas-Parry...god only knows...

Darn agree! And until we have a new manager whether that be in 2 or 20 years, that is what i stand by.

Is it only 3 or 4 weeks ago that fans were signing petitions and marching from the Sandon to protest to Hicks about sacking RAFA.Surely he has not gone from being a good manager to a bad one in such a short space of time.Also remember when we were worried about him going to Real Madrid.Wait till the end of the season at least  B4 trying and sentencing RAFA.

i think benetez made the worst signings this summer apart from torres obviously, he should have bought just 2 but quality players, we dont need voronin, we dont need lucas.

what we do need is a good winger, babel can play on the wing but he always cuts in and his a bit greedy....we need a bently or bekham, thats wat we need. rafa tries to copy wenger, but wenger has got his own tactics.

i think rafa must leave in the summer if we dont win any trophies this season.

Lucas will flourish really well in the coming seasons mate! Voronin, yes I agree he isn't much cop, although you can't really complain for free!

Babel cuts in a lot because he isn't a winger. He's a striker, and it's going to be where he'll end up playing eventually.

Benayoun has been a good signing! He's proved he can bang a goal or two in when we need it! And that's exactly what we need in times filled with too many draws, etc!

I don't think Rafa should go if he doesn't win anything this season. Let's be honest. The squad was given a good shake up in the summer. New players coming in. Players leaving too! This new group of players will need time to settle in, and some of the younger ones will need a bit more experience in English football! (Leto, Lucas, etc)

Also, copying Wenger???..Where this that is coming from?? I really can't see where RAFA is copying Wenger tactics, do you have any arguments about that?

In Rafa We Trust!

Yet again we need a bit of a reality check. I havent seen this printed anywhere Paolo, but I can see what he might be getting at. He is saying that they create loads of chances every home (hold on, every game) and just need a bit of luck or a better finish infront of goal and we could have had more than half of the 12 points.

Just as an aside though, Rafa is a top quality manager and one of, if not, the best tactician in football!! He studies opponents inside out and the teams he puts out are for a reason. He doesnt just wake up on a Saturday or Sunday morning and think, I know, I will play 1 up front and Sissoko and Mascherano is central midfield. He does this for a reason and the players practice that all week!! They need to start shouldering some of the blame!!
