2 games of 90 min's and no goals. No real chances either.
It doesn't help listening to Mark Lawrenson's high pitched sh*te comments.

Terrible goal to concede by Sheff Utd.
Deflected shot by Mido, loops up and hits the woodwork and bounces down and in off Paddy Kenny in net.

BORO HAVE TAKEN THE LEAD WITH A FLUKEY OWN-GOAL...the ball fell to Mido just inside the box and then his shot took a massive deflection off Morgan - it hits off the post and then Kenny who was on the ground instinctively put his hand out and put it into his own net.

This thread should have been called Boring v Shitfield Utd.

The best thing about it was Boro's chief executive moaning about the ref at our game on Saturday, at half time.

PMSL at that own goal,what a way to lose.

I watched the first half then got bored. And the winner plays Cardiff, but I still couldn't watch any more of it after 45mins!! I still haven't seen the goal, but it looks like Sheff were unlucky and Boro were lucky. Cardiff IMO could beat Sheff easier than Boro, but with Aliadiere, and with how awful Boro were on Wednesday - I think we have a chance, if we (Cardiff) turn up, play our hearts out, and don't make silly mistakes.
