I think if we got to the final against United we would beat them.

Yep, they would definitley be the team with the most pressure seeing as they rarely get to European Cup finals these days

Well first of all can you imagine what they would be like if ......and it's a big if........they beat us
We literally would never hear the end of it, and I really couldn't bear it.

Fergie, the fans, all the media would go on and on and on about it FOREVER, we would never be allowed to forget it.
Of course, if we beat them, no - one would bother much as Liverpool are used to winning the Champions League, we certainly wouldn't get the glory for beating them.

Also I can see the trouble brewing now between the fans, let's face it, there's no love lost between the two sets of supporters is there? and there we all are travelling over to Moscow together......mmmm.....n ice :

I just think there's something special when Liverpool play another foreign team in a final.
The atmosphere is always better and slighty more friendly.

For me, the best final would be Liverpool V Barcelona.

I would feel much more confident about beating any foreign team.

I have to agree with MsGerrard on this although it would be the dream final to play utd it would be murder if we lost to them,but if we won then that would be amazing.Could you imagine the nerves playing Utd in the final?

Ms Gerrard totally agree with you, we have too much at stake against the scums.  They are a million miles from our record in Europe, and if its preference I wouldn't want them to put a dampener on our European record.  Even though it would be one hell of a final! Yes I couldnt bring myself to watch the scum I very  seldom can. In response to you query, hes not bad not fantastic but not bad but thats only one game, he does his job in very workman like fashion although havning said that schalke did seem a bit overrawed by Barcelonas presence, its only now late on in the second half they seem to have woken up and created 4 very good chances. Still 1-0 Barce though ...

Roma threw too may balls away - How could you not put the ball in an open net?! Roma lacked the Predator instinct.

They did miss a hat full of chances and your right there was no one on the end of some fantastic football. That was a disaster for Roma they needed a lead to take to the Theatre of Screams. The only positive I take from tonight is I have a massive dislike for Roma too and I hope their knife wielding sh*t house support are crying behind their over sized sun glasses!

I hope that shoulder injury has a few after-effects for Ronaldo, that was a careless move even if it did result in a goal. Should have been disallowed for a Roma free-kick IMO.
