I believe that our squad IS good enough to win the league. What we need is :

Motivation. Morale. Brilliant Atmosphere at Anfield EVERY game.

Combined with the odd bit of luck along the way.

True but that is usually the case anyway. The problem is the awful atmosphere at anfield recently. No wonder the players dont seem up for some of the lesser games. The fans arnt and that inevitably effects the players.

If we created an atmosphere like the one against Arsenal or Chelsea in the champions league last season , you think teams like reading would scrape a draw ? Granted freak incidents such as Ginger having a rush of blood to his head.

After reading through the post. We need the consistency, the points, the win. We have too many drawn games last season.

If u look back, we r not very far off last season if we convert those drawn game into a win.

Hope we r very, very close this season.

yeah i agree with that we drew with wigan, birmingham(and b'ham away) at home 3 matches that shud of been easy wins, gettin beat of man u twice shudnt happen atleast get draws and reading won us once if im right thats 11 points we shud have.manu had 87 points and we were 11 points behind them so we could of and shud of won the title last season imo

we can all say what we should of done. Debry fans will sayin we should of won every game then we wouldn't of got relegated with a record low points.

Sayin and doin are two completely different things. I say all along that it's consistantcy that's lettin us down, but until somethin is done about it I'm wastin me time.

and we don't have the consistant United/Chelsea do that' why we can't do any better than fourth until we have that consistantcy.

If football was a game based on indivuals I think we'd walk the league because indiviually we have the best players in every position, but as a team we WERE someway off the top two. This year we'll win the league by Christmas.

yeah im sure we will ;p i mean we found out man u are relying on 1 player (cristano) so that shows how much faith he has in his team as a squad

Haha!! great idea that crouchinho. What you reckon the odds on him becoming a coach here at liverpool are though? And what are people's thoughts to Dudek saying he wants to coach at liverpool? Do you think he would be a good coach signing?

Very big chance of Robbie coming back to coach, although Ince seems to be acting upon that by taking him to B'Burn and probably get him to become a coach there after his contract ends.

Dudek? Coach what exactly? Not a bad goalie but could get someone better in.

We need a bit of luck aswell. But last season i thought if we could kill games off it would help. Now with robbie keane in the ranks i think we have the firepower to do exactly that. And also if rafa is going to rotate just dont play he of whom i will not speak

Rotation killed our chances of winning the title. My personal opinion.Heard that Liverpool are coming to South Africa for pre season games next year.Anyone else heard of this, please let me know.

Lmao crouchinho. He could coach maybe the youth team like somebody has said further up so that they improve their morale due to what dudek did in the champs league final?. Doubt he would be good enough to coach the first team because Reina is our main keeper and pretty pointless Dudek coaching Reina when he wasn't as good in his playing days. Like i said it's just some rumour i have heard ;D.
