Flash player doesn't work

I can't get flash player to work on Internet Explorer. It works fine on Firefox, but doesn't work on IE and other programs (like Playstation store). It worked fine, but when I installed Windows XP Service Pack 3, it stopped working. Tried to re - install it, but all I get is an error that says something like "Failed to install, for support go www.adobe.com...". So I went there, downloaded flash player uninstaller, uninstalled flash player, re - installed it, but it still doesn't work I searched Google, but didn't find any help Any tips?

Yeah but Flash doesn't work on Playstation Store on the PC, and since I don't have a PS3 that means that I can't download stuff to my PSP from Playstation Store

Fixed my Flash player problem. Something was wrong with my Internet Explorer. Downloaded the newest version of IE at flash player started working

Do you have Shockwave player installed? Go to Tools>Options>Content and make sure that Enable JavaScript is ticked.
