Bellamy Vs Kuyt

Who'd you prefare?

IMHO i'd maybe prefare Bellamy, he has pace and does not play as a second striker. Kuyt lacks a hell a lot of pace so defenders don't need to worry much about him but everytime Bellamy has the ball defenders are always on the back foot. Bellamy does not play much either where Kuyt does so really Bellamy is just as good as Kuyt. When we first got Kuyt i was not too happy and still there is no change. Bellamy is faster than Kuyt, gives defenders nightmares with his pace, his first touch is not too heavy like Kuyts can be and i think Bellamy has better feet on the ball than Kuyt (agility and turning with ball)
TBH i wouldn't mind to see Kuyt, Bellamy & Fowler all leave in the summer as we can do better.. much better!


I think Crouch is our best striker by quite some way and to say he's our best striker means we have a problem in attack.

Bring in 2 class strikers, Villa/Eto'o & Tevez

Bellamy for me, he isnt liverpool quality. as for kuyt I cant see what the big fuss is all about, he lacks ALOT of pace, his first touch is sh*te and he needs 15 shots before he can hit the back of the net. IMO he is a player who would be the main man in a mid table team. Bellamy and Kuyt are not LFC quality, simple as that.

Liverbird I'm glad your one who has not jumped on the bandwagon. Kuyt for me is too slow, after just watching Valencia vs Seville i think David Villa is well worth breaking the bank for as he's probs the best player in the world right now.

IMO Kuyt, Bellamy, Fowler, Zenden and maybe Riise are not good enough to be here.. Riise maybe for backup but the others don't impress like Gerrard & Alonso can.

C'mon guys, you have to give Dirk another season in th EPL.....we give everyone else atleast 2 seasons b4 we should make a call like ged rid of him....as for Bellers well, he's been in the prem for a while now and he still can't stay onside....if you have to get rid of one, for me it would be Craig.

I would take Kuyt everyday of the week over Bellamy. Yes he does lack pace and his first touch can be heavy but he brings so much more to the team than bellars and has to be given another chance next season. As for Bellamy, he has great pace but what else has he got apart from being offside all the time and mouthing off at every decision that goes against him!!!

My decision may be influenced by the fact that Dirky won me a mug!!!!

Yes, cos I can see Valencia selling three of their best players at once 

Also you say he might need another season to adjust but even if he did he still wouldn't be good enough? Surely he would be adjusting from not good enough to good enough, so how could he still not be good enough? Bloody hell, you've got me all confused Priesty!

come on we can all dream (villa/joaquin/vicente) mind you if Valencia dont finish in the top 4 there could be a chance

In relation to Kuyt, I started a thread saying is Kuyt Good enough for us (in my opinion no) but quite alot of people who wrote on there think he will be once he's adjusted (i think he'll go from very poor to poor) as he's not got enough quality to be a top striker!!
