Contacting the club/Change of telephone numbers.
      Jul 16, 2010 04:49:45 pm
Recently I've been trying to contact the club over various matters and issues and am having no joy at all, is anyone else having this problem?Ive tried emails, phone calls and never seem to get anywhere, no replies, no answers!! This seems systematic of our club at the minute, that we the supporters are being ignored, even with just  a simple query? And after reading an article today about LFC improving the customer experience, i had to chuckle!!for instance, how many people know that alot of the clubs telephone numbers have changed?i never saw this published anyway?does anyone have a set of our new numbers? What a joke, not consulted, not informed!! when is this going to change? Someone shed some light on this for me!!!

What numbers or email addresses have you been trying RM?

Customer services is available on:  CustomerContact@liverpoolfc.tv

I've had responses from this address when I've had to contact them.

Customer service at the club sucks.

Bought a shirt a few years ago, and wanted my name on the back.

After 3 weeks, no sign of the shirt.

E-mailed them and expressed my displeasure, and the shirt came within a few days, WITH MY NAME SPELT WRONG.

Sent it back, but they refused to refund my money, or change the shirt, despite the fact that they had breached the consumer protection act (1987) and it wsn't fit for the purpose it was intended for.

After much toing and froing, they eventually sent me the correct item, after I got my solicitor to send them a letter - but in the wrong F***ing size!
Cue more bollocks and carry on, and in the end I got the right shirt, spelt correctly, in the right size.

      What a F***ing nightmare.

That was the last time I ordered online - ever since, I have only bought direct from the club shop when going to games, or from another retailer.

After ordering on-line I had the same problem with name being spelt wrong.  Was sorted immediately though, spoke to Customer Services Manager who told me to take it back to club shop and they swapped it right away with correct spelling.  No problem at all.

I was in Brum so didn't have the option of going into shop :)

Couldn't get an answer off manager - but in fairness, this is probably 8 years ago now...

Watch this, they'll have a f*cking call centre set up for troubled "customers" who aren't 100% happy with their "product". Pr*cks of the highest order
