Whoever wins goes through. Draw means Japan go through.

I've backed Japan from the start so I won't stop now. Japan to go through!

Are these the first free-kicks to have been scored at this WC? Not a bad first 2 if it is!

Wasn't Honda linked to us not to long ago when he was in Holland, looks a decent player.

Yes he was. Looks like we should've signed him, had a brilliant game today.

And wouldn't he have been brilliant for Liverpool commercial appeal in Japan, that is all the club thinks about these days. And Honda would have been exactly the type of player that clown Ian Ayre talks about in his interview.

      Yeah, that's true.

By the way, Paraguay vs Japan is gonna be a very nice game. I like both teams so I dont know who I want to win, but it's nice to know one of them is reaching the quarter finals, at least.

I think I'll go with Paraguay cause of the South America factor though :P

Sad for Dan Agger but Japan deserved to win, that Honda is some player isn't he.

Despite finishing second behind Australia in qualifying, Japan look to be a skillful football side, capable of going on a bit further.

Yeah Honda, we could've had him for 5 million pounds 6 months ago. Rated him when he was still at VVV.
Ofcourse we already have Gerrard and Aquilani for his position, but I bet Honda would've earned his transfer fee back in a heartbeat.

Sad for Daniel Agger but they were never exactly a strong team, to be honest. He won the penalty, at least.

Keisuke Honda, glad part of my surname is in his :lmao: Great free kick and unselfish assist by him.

      Japan played really well.
