Our 25 Man Squad

What's this what I keep reading about 'foreigners'? From what I believe nationality has nothing to do with it, just the homegrown player rule. In theory you can have a squad with 25 foreigners still.

Not really.
Its my opinion based on the players we currently have.
There is about 30 players there but seeing as a lot are U21 we dont have to actually rule them out.
They might not feature in the squad but they can still play

Add then the likes of Ince, Amoo, Darby

From the above 25 we easily reach the 8 home grown target

* 95% sure both expire this year, the rest are all correct or have longer than 18 months remaining on their contract.

Players out on season long loans, all players have a buyout clause:

Degen [C] (Stuttgart) - cannot be recalled
Insua [C] (Galatasaray) - cannot be recalled
El Zhar (PAOK) - details of loan undisclosed
Aquilani (Juventus) - cannot be recalled

edit: Every player on the books at Liverpool is eligible to play except those out on season long loans, we're not sure about El Zhar.  Again, if Brouwer, Itandje and El Zhar aren't registered nobody would notice anyhow.  This is just an example of how LFC could submit a squad which would allow everybody currently employed by the club to play.
