      All of the above.

At the top of the list- Roy out, Rafa/Kenny in!

He is more out of his depth now than he was before,
seeing all the lovely money in January & eyeing up some useless tw*ts to spend it on!
The club has to be run properly from now on, from the top right down to the kit man.

Players have no excuse for not going out going out and stuffing the bitters on Sunday and turn our season around. We should be behind them from the kick off non stop and we can all go and buy our shirts

Get rid of Hodgson and replace him with a proper, big name star (on a par with Rafa) by all means but not Rafa. Not yet anyhow. Never look back to go forward.

No more bullshit excuses from the players. Enough is enough.
Roy has to go. New owners new start. Time for all to prove they want
a place in our club. Let them realise what a fight we put up for those
privilaged enough to play for the jersey.

I'm very intrigued to learn the outcome of tonights meeting, will we have a new chairman, will we have a completely new board etc etc, and if so will they get rid of Roy or give him more time, i would doubt such changes would happen straight away, these are very exciting times now that kunt and kuntier are gone, its onwards and upwards from now on, we all know what we would like, Roy out Kenny in, new top players and all that, but lets think about it for a min, our problems in the boardroom are virtually over and hopefully that will transfer to the dressing room, but we still have to sort out the the playing side of things and that still means getting into winning ways, yes Roy has to go but maybe just maybe the mood will have changed and what better way to prove it than stuffing the bitters on Sunday, what a boost to morale and the confidence to the players that would be, iv'e said before and i will again, give Roy ti'l November see where we are, if we are climbing out of the mire and there is a huge improvement then fine all well and good, if not it's bye bye Roy, Kenny must be given a shot to put things right on the pitch at least until May.

New  owners, New Board, New Chairman. Funds for players in Jan. Roy out to prevent him buying Carton Cole. Kenny and Thommo in short term. Successfull Manager in next season. Not Rafa, might bring Degen back but not Masch or Xabi.

In the next couple of weeks they need to get the board sorted, then a change of manager is needed. They need to appoint someone who is worthy of managing this club and is going to play the type of football we expect to see.

In the longer term we need to see plans for redevelopment/new stadium and a decent spend in January transfer window. I'm not expecting massive investment like at City but a couple of top quality signings to show there intentions as owners.

Well let's hope that all our discussions from now on are focused solely on football and the administration don't give us anything to complain about.
