I do - but it's false to say take judgement from the match going crowd - they always support the team when "they" don't

 So our current manager is a "Championship manager who is out of his depth", while Mr Borrell ought to be given "the reins" sometime in the future despite his experience being mostly in youth academies from what I can gather. All this because "he gets us" (where have I heard that before?).

 I've got nothing against Mr Borrell and he is clearly a coach who is held in the highest esteem in football circles, but I can't help but think some people are being a wee bit hypocritical. If it ever comes to pass that he is given the reins fair enoughski by me, but in the meantime I think it's absolutely vital that the fanbase and the owners back whoever is in charge at that given moment.

 Fair enough mate, I wasn't really aiming at you anyway. DLS makes a good point on another thread about us trying four different systems in the last four years and that we ought to at least settle on one and give it a proper go. That's my view too.

Delighted with this. We need strong youth and Borrell will be successful. Let the good times roll.

Glad to see the club act rightly to keep a quality personnel. If the club determined to work with Rodgers it's really great to have Borrell take care of the academy as I believed their football philosophy are very similar. I think we can say that BR was lucky we have Borrell as it's really help him now and in the future.

I love the way that Rodolfo has got the U21 team playing - lots of good individual skill but first and foremost they play for one another and as a unit.

The young players obviously hold him in high regard too.  Think it was during  the Wolves game that Michael NGoo scored and headed straight to Rodolfo, which was lovely to see.

Sincerely hope that Rodolfo is with us for a long, long time.
