So what are your morning/early afternoon rituals on Cup final day?

Concentrate on drinking and try to distract myself also like to be clean so I feel fresh, normally I'd be waffling to someone but everyone is asleep because there was a party here last night, I'm too over excited for anyone to take right now.
I'm going to try wake some people soon for my own sanity's sake.

I have rituals for all games but when it comes to finals i dont do any, i like to zone out of everything, stay away from the news and social media and chill and enjoy.

That's about as ritually (I've just made up a word, I know) as I get.

I don't drink (not for over 20 years now) have never took drugs, but I smoke like a chimney. If I open a window today the indians will think I'm sending smoke signals.

I have rituals for the Derby and Utd but none for finals. I'm far more relaxed ahead of finals. My biggest worry is getting a sh*te seat in the pub

alwsys been in the company of our kid & me dad on cup final day without fail.
Few beers cheering the Reds on is pretty much a perfect way to spend the day for me.

Normally I like to bash the Bishop on a morning of a final but since it's Sunday and the missus stayed over last night I came all over her tits instead, talking of tits there's 11 of them just about to KO @ OT, hopefully they'll get a  mauling from that other bunch of tits from Laaandaan,

I've sent the missus home to wash her tits and come back later with a brand new set of pristine nipples, her cup size is Capital one and I hope I'll be lifting them up about a hour after Jordan lifts ours at around 6.30, 

In the meantime I'm gonna skin up a fat one chill out, watch them other tits and look forward to winning the League Cup......again.
