Glad we got that one out of the way. Very like the Stoke game. Again after we do so well to beat Chelsea we nearly threw it away tonight. Not good for the heart this.

The last few seasons we have dropped 2 points in games like this (after beating a a top side the game before) but we seem to have this belief that if we keep playing the way we are and give 100% we will come through eventually.

Well I've gotta say the line up had me scratching me head.

I could see the reasoning in Sami playing but Agger was outstanding against Chelsea and didn't deserve to be dropped but like I said I could see the reasoning in putting Sami in to cope with their arial threat.

Lucas for Masch? Fair enough Masch isn't going to cause opposing sides much worry going forward but neither is Lucas. Stevie in the middle, Babel up top (if Keane wasn't fit) and keep Uncle Albert down the left.

Saying all that we twatted them from the first minute till the 85th (except that sitter for Diop in the first half). We tore them apart again without that really clinical final ball. The penalty was stone wall but a F***ing idiotic mistake and if I was Adams I'd have Diop up by the throat and kick him in the bollocks for that mistake. Well taken pen by Stevie and another three points where our nearest rivals (Hull) slipped up. Another three points on the board and another 90 minutes out the way en route to the Premiership title. A quater of the season gone and we're top with a three point cushion, I think most would of taken that at the start of the season. Now lets get the next quater out the way.
