One of the best bits about the build up to the Everton game was the immortal words I heard on the radio.

'Liverpool's only injury doubt is Djimi Traore.....'

      Priceless.

The replies are a bit harsh on Djimi. Remember he did clear the ball off the line in the champs league final. If he didn't then maybe we wouldn't have the five stars.

Yes I think it is time for poor Djimi to move on - but Ironman is right I can't believe some of the posts properly slagging him off, the lad still has a european cup winners medal which is more than that f***in traitor owen has got, how about the clearance in Turin as well, good luck Djimi wherever you end up

OG against Burnley is still class, was absolutely sh*tfaced that night and had one of the funniest nights ever, and yet we lost!!!

Poor Djimi, in any other team he would be a useful squad player, but we are not just any 'team' I dont think he has the spirit of a true red, he has had his moments: good (the clearance in turin) bad (ist half in istanbul he looked like a rabbit trapped in headlights) and downright comical (burnely OG). Everyone loves guy who tries his heart out (crouchs so-called goal drought last year springs to mind) but I think its time for him to move on. With our current left sided defensive options I just cant see why rafa would keep him.

      Another Houllier balls up.

Traore is'nt a bad player by any strectch but he does not possess the LFC class.

Good luck to the fella,he will always have that Champions League medal.

Was a funny og, but not the greatest, that honour would go to the graceful lob by whelan at old trafford in our last championship winning season.

Two John Barnes goals, total domination then just to rub it in whelan lobbed grobbelaar (remember when the pass-back was allowed) :o

Traore? get him out the f**k wat a piece of sh*te how many balls ups has he made, especially the og against burnley (i never lived tht moment down), he isnt worthy to possess a liverpool shirt let alone a champions league winners medal. send him to the glue factory? i dont think so, send the c**t 2 hell, i hate him, absolute garbage.

That Burnley OG should now be renamed Bambi on Ice, but i would not have taken sh*t for it mickey, remember that was the period we had the worst team in 40 years crap!!

The whole point to this is quite simple Houllier bought a lot of french deadwood, we 500 grand for Djimbo back in 2000/01, and yes he's made a quite a lot of mistakes, made a few great tackles with those long legs, not the worst player to ever wear a red shirt - and now it is time to move on.

But jesus wishing him on Everton - you should be f**kin ashamed of yourselfs, chelsea are after a leftsided player though
