I just stayed up till near 3 am watching it. Dont know about you but I love football movies like this. Just like following Liverpool it is. Highs, lows and euphoria after reaching the impossible. Well worth staying up.

Some of it as abit Hollywood but thats expected, overall I really liked it. Noticed how there's no Scum in both movies which gives it a few extra credibility points.

      If you'd like to watch:

Not a bad movie but some parts were fake ;D like he's been kicking with his right foot and he scores a free kick with his left against Liverpool?!

But it roughly gives us a glimpse of what a footballer's life is like.

It is your typical sports movie though I will say I liked the first one better. I thought there was going to be a 3rd movie coming out where he plays in the World Cup for Argentina?

      Does indeed suggest Mexico!.....

The movie starts with a clip showing Santiago Munez playing football as a child in Mexico.

No doubt he'll end up playing for the USA, and they win the World Cup, etc...... ;D

I think that was suppose to be the idea but I read a while back they got the rights to be around the Argentina squad and also the fact they it would be a lot more real them winning the World Cup than Mexico.

Has Goal 3 even come out? I haven't heard anything about it.. really enjoyed the first two, obviously had the hollywood treatment but were still good movies.

Reason you havent heard of it being released is because it went straight to DVD.

      Goal 3 is absolutely sh*t.

Watched it on the plane back from India and it was utter sh*te. Santiago is hardly in it.
