every time he come on as a sub when we are one goal behind, he contibutes nothing at all...

Actually when we came 2nd he came on when we were 1 down a few times and played a big part in the build up to some of the vital goals we got. Though then he seemed to not play again and season just gone he was woeful when he did play.

At one stage Rafa considered him to be something of a lucky charm. Not good enough for the bench this season and should be gotten rid of with any luck

Well he got a run out in the last game which was the shop window for him.. we're waiting on too many young players to develop and El Zhar has shown nothing in 4 years plus hes older than Lucas and Babel and Ngog who are the only three to make any real impact. Time to move on rather give nemeth a run

Quite shocking that he is the only winger to come through the reserves in the last couple of years. We are really lacking in that department in the team and at youth level.

Amoo looks a decent shout but the lad has been converted from a striker. So my worry there is that he will be another version of Babel in the side.

He want to leave us & I cann't see him becoming a decent player now that he is already 23.

Liverpool winger Nabil El Zhar wants to leave

As new Liverpool Manager Roy Hodgson scurries about trying to persuade Anfield want-always to stay at the club, one player he probably shouldn't waste his time on is Moroccan winger Nabil El Zhar .

El-Zhar told reporters in his home country that he has made up his mind and wants to move on for first-team football, despite Hodgson's appointment.

"I want to leave Liverpool," he said. "I do not play often enough. I'm 23 and I cannot afford to only play a few bits of games."

El-Zhar claimed that "several European clubs" were interested in is services and said he "won’t close any doors."

El-Zhar has only made some 30 appearances for Liverpool since his move from Saint Etienne in 2006.
He is contracted to Liverpool until 2012.

Think Nabil should have left two seasons ago, was never going to make it for me.

Nothing personal, but just not good enough.

Any money will do, one to get of the wage bill IMO.

      Talk Sport

Nabil El Zhar has told Blackpool a move to Bloomfield Road would not be his first choice.
The Moroccan wants to leave Liverpool this season after failing to make the grade at Anfield.
Ian Holloway has been alerted to the winger's discontent at Liverpool and is keen on making him an offer, as the Blackpool manager desperately tries to bolster his squad before the end of the transfer window.
El Zhar, 23, has a contract at Liverpool until 2012 but has made just 20 league appearances in four years following his move from St. Etienne.
But the winger says he has no shortage of options as he prepares to leave Liverpool.
He said: "Blackpool have been in contact with me. But it is not just them - other clubs are interested as well.
"We will have to see what happens, if it is God's will

I'm be really surprised any Premiership side wanted El Zhar. He must be wanting a move back to France.

Get him off the books ASAP.

Never a Liverpool player in a million years, I kind of feel for Blackpool I heard that they have had around 40 players turn them down this summer?!

Well if they keep on performing like the way they did against Wigan they might get in the good books of players.

Anyways on topic, what is this guy doing still hanging around here.He should have packed his bags a long time ago. When we are struggling to give first game action to players like Pacheco and Kelly,no chance in hell that he would be getting game time of any sort.

Blackpool are hoping their display will attract some players. As for El Zhar. Don't let the door hit you on the way out

Their transfer plan was to wait until the end of the transfer window until the better players at bigger clubs were offered around so they have a bigger and better chance of signing them - that's what Holloway said.

As for El Zhar, toodle-oo biatch.

When you see a quality player like Bellamy farmed out to the championship, and this ass wipe has the cheek to say Blackpool ain't for him, sorry but you wouldn't cut in league one, keep dreaming you may wake up one day & realise your sh*te. :lmao:
