Im going to apply by post for tickets for this game, a few questions i would be grateful if someone could answer:


1) it says dont send my application more than 18 days before the game, should I wait until the 18th day before the game and post it, or try and make it arrive on that day, or does this even matter?

2) How many tickets can i apply for on the one application. Myself and my mate are for this game, can i ask for 2 tickets if possible (we both have fancards)

3) what is the chance of sourcing tickets this way?


Any assistance would be greatefully received.

I dint think a day or so makes any difference

Fan cards dint apply for general sale, you can apply for as many as you want, the higher the number the less chance you will get any

3) what is the chance of sourcing tickets this way?

F**k knows, I have done 2 or 3 no joy, problem is you dont know if you have been successful till its to late to try on the phones so you could end up with more than you want

I see on the form that it asks for fan card numbers, i thought this may have been relevant to point 2.

I will try this form of application, along with the telephone lines....though i have a very strong feeling that i will end up dissapointed for this game!

so stupid question, i go online on the day of sale early is it just as easy to get tix or is this guna sell before by PTS members?

im not bothering with postal for once, just going to do it on the day n try my luck

The date for the general sale starts WEDS AND NOT Tuesday as stated previously..

i know for a fact whilst im battling people from lincoln, colchester, boston, nigeria, shrewbury, ireland over the phone to see my local team play, i aint getting a ticket.

so i'll ask now, if you love me, and want to help me out, i want a ticket for my 21st birthday, my b'day is the 4th, so the game is handy, could someone please help me with a spare if anyone has any going?

god bless liverpool eh, one of the biggest clubs in the world and no one can get tickets for them on the phone unless you have speed dial to which i just get engaged and after hearing it 30 times sorta makes ya think i know ill watch it on tv

i've asked for a job on their ticket line so many times, so when they tell me each time there are no vacancies, i laugh in their face, there 3 people sorting tickets out for 40 000

and 2 of them are usually brewing up

they earn their wages!!!!

Im payoing £20 for a phone call to liverpool to get tickets whilst there dipping their hob knobs anyway back on topic

, so yer, before i go back upstairs and watch family guy, if anyone can sort me a ticket for my birthday i'll be grateful, sort out payment too
