Region 4 DVD - help?

Just bought a region 4 DVD - Australia.

Anyway, my player can't be hacked using the remote (I have already looked)

I wonder if I can use some kind of program to remove the region protection on my PC and reburn it to DVD.

I am desperate to watch it - well, the missus is.  

Anybody know about this kind of stuff?

try   www.doom9.com   mate. don't know much about  about copying / de-regioning dvd's but I've heard if theres a program to download, this site will have it.

We got it going through my laptop, via a VGA cable, plugged in to the tele.  But I will be buggered if I am doing that everytime!
