I think I got a ticket online. Although when I clicked 'Confirm Payment' it took me to the unable to connect you due to high activity screen. Do they bill your account straight away or when they send the tickets out?

Managed to get onto my Purchase History. It says Liverpool v Blackburn - PEND. Which I assume means pending.

it said sold out online after 10 minutes!  20 minutes  later it said they were back on sale again, but there were no seats available.  after another 5 mins it said sold out again! whats going on???  banging away at the phone lines now.

If I have a payment reference next to Liverpool v Blackburn in my purchase history, but it is still pending, does that mean the transaction was completed but they are yet to bill my card?

your ok!  the tickets are being processed.  it takes a day or so for it to show on your card.

Nice one mate. I've never really checked my purchase history after buying a ticket online before because it always took me to reference number for my purchase and sent me a confirmation email.

if anyone has 2 tickets spare tickets for this game i would really appreciate first refusal.

cheers!  it does wind me up though our phone system.  i always manage to get through, but how much money must we have all spent over the years trying to get through.

i'll have to tell the kids, that their birthday is off this year, as Daddy's going to watch the game and spent all their present money on phone calls.  Worth it though!
