that finish by AJ was brutal and I reckon by round three they had out punched the entire Fury fight.

It was the first event in a while where I watched the entire card. I'm a small boxing fan, I don't have an active interest in the sport as a whole but I have interests in certain fighters so it's very rare that I have the motivation to sit through most of the under-card fights.

Eubank Jnr pick of the night for me - stunning offensive work.

Neglected defence at times but I don't think he was ever seriously stunned - just a bit shaken a couple of times.

Not sure Spike ever really believed he could / would win......but what a chin.

Finally, a big fight that wasn't a let down! Thought AJ had knocked him out in the first round. The uppercut was brutal.

Absolutely loved that night of boxing, restored my faith in promoters.

Agreed, was a good night of boxing with every fight having edge of the seat moments.

Frampton V Quigg will be a tear up.

I naturally sway to Frampton because he's  got the advantage of not being a Manc but it's anyone's. Looking forward to it. Part of what should be a great weekend of sport.

I'm really hoping that Carl wins simply because I like him and he's our local boy. Actually lives in the same town as me now and the missus seen him in Tesco after Xmas buying £60 worth of steak. ;D

However I'm very wary of Quigg and have been increasingly so the closer it gets.

Will be very close and I honestly cant call it but obviously hope Frampton wins.

I think Frampton has too much class for him, he's the better boxer

Quigg is decent, very dedicated but not quite in Frampton's league quality wise

Frampton on points for me. Will be fairly tight on the cards possibly even a split if Quigg has a really good night but personally I think Frampton by 2-3 rounds

If it was a year ago lads I'd have said Frampton. I can't stop changing my mind now, though. One very tough fight to call. Thinking of betting on Quigg in 8. I can see me changing again between now and the start though.

Just gut feeling wise if Quigg is to win its by stopping him, I can't see him out pointing Frampton

I just see Frampton staying outside his range and boxing smart, I'd be surprised if he lets it turn into a tear up

Since when did James Nesbitt lose the ability to talk properly? :D I've never heard him with such a strong accent either, surely he's exaggerating some of that?

Not surprised that Nesbitt was hammered in that interview, absolutely shocking undercard tonight.

      Hope the main event delivers.
