      Play the kids?

How much of a weakened side should we play - bearing in mind we have the Arse on Sunday.

I would like to see Paletta get another game, and Gonzo could do with a run out.  Fowler is probably a certainty up front, and Bellamy needs a game.

I don't expect Garcia to feature at Highbury so him in as well and maybe Agger too.

Might be a fairly strong second string XI? Thoughts.

Oh, 2-1 reds.  No 7-0's this time round!

This is the team i would put out:

      Reina

      Paletta / Hypia / Agger / Warnock

      Pennant / sissoko / Zenden / Gonzalez

      Bellamy / Fowler

subs: Dudek / Finnan / Gerrard / Alonso / Kuyt

A strong enough side to beat Birmingham

2-1 they get a late goal..

I fully expect Robbie to get a hat-trick.

I reckon he may even have put a fiver on it himself.

The website bet (any winnings towards Michael Shields campaign)
      http://www.anfield-online.co.uk/redmembers/freefootballbet.html

is 3-1 to the reds (14/1).

We got first scorer and correct result double against Reading last week so let's hope our lucky streak continues.

If you fancy a repeat of the 7-0 it's 500/1!!

Looked like his right arm popped out the socket...

Hopefully just a dislocation and a couple of weeks out.

Superb running from Gonzo to get the pen,

but Bellamy - what a sh*t penalty.  He even did a step and then still hit it straight at the keeper.

      Shocker.  Get Kuyt on!

      Final Score 1-0

Good result.  Clean sheet.  Away win.

Positives: Lee Peltier - looked assured at right back.  Agger - continuing scoring.

Negatives: Momo - could be out for a while.  Bellamy - woeful finishing.  Hope he gets his confidence back soon.

It looks like Pennant is going to get another chance at Arsenal now with Gerrard and Alonso in the centre.

Think I would prefer Riise on the left wing, Warnock left back and Gonzalez on the right wing for Arsenal.

Get well Momo.  Well done lads.  When's the draw for the next round?

Chelsea and Arsenal still in tourney.

Yeah the stream was a bit dodgy tonight - surprised cos usually a lot of them available when its on our Sky Sports over here.

Ah well.  You didn't miss the world's greatest game anyway.  A lot of Craig Bellamy missed chances, and 7 minutes of panicking while Momo lay on the pitch and got stretchered off.

As for the goal.  It's in the match report mate
