Lyon swap deal rumour

First of all, this is a RUMOUR.

There's a possibility that Lyon could make a swap for Djibril Cisse and in return give Liverpool their 22 year old Brazilian striker Fred. Our ex-boss Gerard Houillier is an admirer of Ciise but unfortunately wasn't in time to play him. Fred is a budding Brazilian star, has the built of Adriano and also a owns a simliar ferocious shooting power.

Question is my good ol Kopite friends, do we want Fred? What's everyone's opinion on the switch, that's, if it happens.

Thought we were swopping Benitez for Houllier.

I don't think Cisse is coming back so we need to maximise what we get for him £14 million is too big a loss.  We need him to have a brilliant second half of the season at Marseille to inflate his price.

As for Fred.  Can see it on the back of a shirt already!
