LotR online - anyone trying this one?
      Apr 18, 2007 05:46:13 pm
Don't know if there are many MMORPG's on this forum but I think Jabba has shown as interest...

Anyways I am signed up to the early access with the game going live on the 24th April. You can find out what i make of it all on my blog, running a LotRO journal. My blog link is next to my avatar.

So who's up for it then? Pipe weed at the ready!

Looks good.  Not played WoW for a while now.  One of my friends in work was big in to it.  He used to go home and go straight to bed and then get up about midnight and play then come to work - and so forth...

But he deleted all his characters after one epiphany.

Anyway, yeah LOTR looks good.  I hope to get in to it over the summer while the football's off.  Looking at getting a new PC or upgrading so will have to make sure I am all Video Card compatible.

What's the response time and things like that? How does it play? I always thought WoW was quite responsive.

P.S. What's happened to your blog. The text in the left and right columns has gone all crazy and difficult to read.

Are you using IE as a browser? I have had a couple of mentions that IE can't handle the narrow side bars...I use Firefox to browse & it looks fine...Firefox is a better browser & it's free!
