All is rosy in the garden again.

We played very well, only downer was Kuyt's lack of attacking threat & general passing skill, his graft was 100% as usual, but I prefer Yossi to play, he is much better going forward, I think the wee man need's to play more!

It doesn't matter if Lampard got a red card .. we would've won the game anyways ..besides he wasn't doing anything anyways ! We are gonna back to winning ways and get back on the top and knock scum off ! And we win and not draw anymore .. never say never there is till may ..we can do it ! Bring on Real Madrid ! It's great to see Nando banging them in again.. this game was great ! This should tell Rafa not to play Lucas ! Good substitutions ..Benayoun made a great impact as soon as he came on ! Keep it up Liverpool !

Lampards red was karma for last seasons dodgy penalty, Chelsea robbed us of 2 points due to a sh*te decision by the Ref.

You have just got to love Reina for running the length of the pitch to celebrate the goal with Nando.

Go on ya b***ard get in there 2-0 to the mighty reds, now lets not go and fcuk it up by dropping points next weekend need to build on this, kick the liquorice allsorts out of the cup and  beat madrid and the mancs treble is on (might be getting carried away with myself here but fcuk it).

Reina is a Legend for running the lenght of the pitch ,Boswinger is a dirt bag wonder if anything is done about his kick(FA should make him shave his una-brow)and JT the Hero mouthing and getting booked was great too.

made up he got a red ,Lampard and Terry have gotten away with loads, as you say it was sweet justice. Just a pity Terry only got a yellow he is one sly,devious individual but lets not dwell on assholes...........happy days are here again.

we should support the team and let Rafa do his job.

It was a brilliant win, and we played extremely well.

I really hope now that the only way go from here is up. This win will do wonders for confidence of all the players and manager.

 

Dont get me wrong im behind Rafa and i thought we played great but damn i was sure it was guna be 0 - 0 and i hope there were lots of people that left at 0 - 0 teaches them to go early done it! good job though, played v well and happy days we grabbed a couple goals! We have 10 points from 4 games against the top 4, we need to just stop needlesy drawing

Just watching the MOTD highlights and saw somethings that made me smile:

Carra and Terry going off at each other then Carra pushed John and gave him a few words.

Benny's shot that grazed the top of the bar, he got a pat on the head an a few good words from Xabi.

Fernando getting the crowd up for it before and after his goals.

Rafa and Phil before and after the game, their relationship seems to be blossoming.

The linesman has his flag up for a throw before the ball has even gone out. I mean he's got F**k all right in that decision.

A(nother) fantastic performance, great goals by Torres, we dominated throughout.

Perhaps fat Frank didn't deserve the red, but Bosingwa clearly did (apparently even Phil Scolari thinks so), so it kind of evens out.  Seriously, though, a couple of wrong decisions were taken against us too (last year the Chavs, for example), and no one was complaining then.

Good point.  I remember the definition of a rut being when we were 8th or 9th and getting beat left, right and centre.

Nowadays a rut is when we're knocked off top spot.  Some people need to think about that.

Well done on a good win yesterday, I said before the game I thought it would end up 0-0. Lampard was treated fairly harshly and I expect hisred card to be removed. The game was all ye'rs after that. Yossi was a menace when he came on. It could've been 3 or 4 nil. But it's easy to see Chelsea aint anything the team the were. There is no life in them.
It's going to be Liverpool and Manchester fighting it out. The game at OT will be massive. You need a win there so it will be an exciting game to watch.
