   You've sacked sami already ?  The guy's a ledgend . He cost us F**k all and he's played for years - a rock in the centre of our defence . When's he ever let us down ? 30 odd years old , played in 50 odd games this season and every one of you mercenary bas**rds has stabbed him in the back !
 At least give him a chance next season .

Not sacked Sami... guy is a legend... but he [ Benitez ] might want to give Agger a start.

Yeah, I haven't sacked Hyypia.

Just think he is not the ever-present centre back he used to be.  Either he has got much worse, or our defence has improved significantly because this time on a lot of occasions he has looked like the weakest link in that back four.

your right he is a legend!! BUT  Agger is the future and your gonna see him alot more next season, I know what your sayin but its gonne happen sooner or later, our defence is solid but havin that bit of pace (which were missin) will be a great help.

Can i just ask why ?
I mean he looks decent...big strong but no real pace to speak of...more of a target man IMO...we lack pace....i mean yeah Cisse has it but its ineffective due to his lack of brain or touch.

Sissoko has just been edged out for Didi but he's only gonna hit 25 games or so next year.  Gonzalez will need time to adjust to our game...his pace late on from the bench could be an assett too.

Defoe....he's the next best thing to Owen...he's nothing like our current strikers...and he's not going to cost the earth.  Stelios always gets in the goals....hits double figures every year....dying to come to us.


THE MOST IMPORTANT THING ON MY 2 SUGGESTED SIGNINGS THERE IS THEY HAVE PREM EXPERIENCE...NO SETTLING IN TIME REQUIRED...WHICH COULD BE ALL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A TITLE PUSH AND A FIGHT FOR 2ND AGAIN

Have to say I havent really ever seen Kuyt play so I have no opinion on him BUT Stelios???

Come on!!! he may have prem experiance but he's 32 in July and he has scored  2 goals in 03-04, 7 goals in 04-05 and at the moment he's on 11........

Maybe have signed him for this season but its to late now, I really hope we do not sign him

I do agree with Defo tho think he would be quality for us!!

I agree wth you, it was a really good game of football with a few stars of the future definitely.  Barratt and Anderson both looking very promising.  I just answered your other post, i think the transfer window opens on 15th May
