Lucas shouldnt be playing he is not good enought its as clear as day, expect the ball to be given away alot from lucas apart from that its good team, have to look out for arteta going at dossena tho, 2-0 to the reds.

What relevance is it to Lucas if Agger plays or not? To me it seems as if you are saying Agger should be where Lucas is :-\

what is lucas doing playing ahead of masch this is exactly the type of match we needed  him a merseyside derby, this is no place for lucas,

This is because if Masch gets booked, he'll be suspended as well as Alonso and Rafa won't want to lose them both.

Some discussion that as both Gerrard and Mascherano are one yellow away from suspension (as is Carragher) that may be one of the reasons Mascherano is on the bench.

Bearing in mind the ref losing both of them for a game would be pretty bad bollocks.

Give it a rest about Lucas. At least until it's kicked off eh.

True, although the same applies to Gerrard and Carra.  I can see them coming off on 60 mins if the game is won by then.

When does the ban after 5 yellows stop?

      Some time in February right?

When they have gotten a 5th yellow card and had the ban or at the end of the season if they don't get that 5th one.

Will be interesting to see whether Lucas is asked to hold the midfield either on his own or alongside Xabi. Or, given the freedom of getting forward, especially if Everton just stick their players behind the ball.

I'd imagine it will be the latter seeing as Lucas is primarily an attacking midfielder. But you never know with Rafa ;)

Oh right, I thought that after a certain point 5 yellow cards doesn't get you a ban but 10 does.

      Nah :D

If when they have had the 5th yellow and a ban then it carries on, e.g. 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and when they get a 10th it is another ban.
