Apparently some interest from the reds on a swap deal for this keeper - maybe Jerzy going the other way?

Livorno president Aldo Spinelli has confirmed that there is English interest in his highly-rated goalkeeper Marco Amelia.
Milan, Chelsea and Arsenal have all been tracking the Italy international, but Liverpool were reported to be the club in question.
However, Spinelli intimated that the interest was from Chelsea or Arsenal rather than Merseyside.
"The player has also received an interesting offer from a Premiership club to join them in June, but I will not confirm if it's Liverpool. It may be an even more important outfit," he hinted.
Spinelli says Amelia may leave in January's transfer window, but he also insisted that a new five-year contract was in place and to buy him would cost more than £7 million.
"I've heard the valuation of £7 million, but that is the wrong price," he said.
"We are talking about a real champion without a shadow of a doubt. He is one of the best in the world and £7 million would not be enough to sign him.
"We already have an agreement in place with Amelia for him to sign a new five-year contract."
Milan are known to be very keen also, but Livorno insist that they would only listen to a swap move.
"Milan? I don't think they have a goalkeeper to offer us," he said
'Maybe an even more important outfit??? - Get bent.
