I reckon it'd be some harmless fun on minimal buy in. Half could go to the winner, half to the forum.

I played last nite in cash then comp. Did well in cash. Playing the comp we had donks slow playing AA pre flop 5 times...(( one on the button  ))... all losing. I get them in big blind...(( blinds are 600/300 ))... As Ac. I raise 2.500... Two callers, flop comes jd 8c 7s. They both check. I make c bet of 5.400. One caller, turn is 7d. he checks. i bet 18.800. he goes all in. I snap him off. he turns over Ac 10d. River comes 9h...................... ....................arhh hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh  Donk donk donk

On the back of yesterday, i just managed to cash again in a 250k guaranteed tournament. Managed to come 289th out of 16,000 so got a nice $600 return.

That'll pay for my bankroll for a while.

What irks me though online is the mental effect. I could play live poker for hours and not feel a thing but sitting at the computer, it just drains you more. Not feeling good right now at work. Tired as hell.

What's happened to our game Crouchy   Can you join Betfair/ Genting Poker or Party Poker for a heads up or competiton with some of the lads on here??

I said before, Betfair isn't available to people in Australia and that i have a Party Poker account.

Seems like Res, JD, lfc_ynwa and maybe a few others could be keen. Custom sit'n'go could be a goer i reckon. If not then heads up is fine by me. I'll be home in 5 and a half hours from work which should suit your time if your keen.

Party Poker it is the. However, can't do tonite unless i get knocked out of the comp i'm in tonite. £50 freezeout that starts 8pm. We will get a game on sometime. Like the idea of a sit & go as well betweem a few of us if that can be arranged

Heads up SNG against some donk. I'm just under 3:1 and he shoves on AQ suited against my pocket 8s. He wins. Next hand he shoves again and i call. His 8/9 suited vs my AQ suited. Spikes an 8. Then he's on the button and has been shoving over the top after limping in when i re-raise him. I have AK, and he limps in, i re-raise 3-bet and he shoves of course. Got him cornered - AK v K2!! 6 5 J on the flop. Then a 4. And then a 3. F**k me dead.
