Why does our govt spend obscene amounts of money on nuclear capabilities when were telling other states not to get nuclear weapons

Listening to some upper class w**ker saying we need nuclear weapons claiming Tony Blair is a moral world leader ha ha ha!!  because we have to watch out for Iran and other rogue nations, - who get weapons from us and the yanks

You are right, you buy Nuke Weapons for one thing and that is too kill, but why not buy to survive? Thats what this earth is about, this earth has got NEGATIVE written all over it. Everyone is negative even when things go their way! How do we stay positive, if we can get rid of every single nuke weapon on this earth then there would be more peace!

Roman Abramovich disgraces me for a start, with all his money he wastes it on a useless club that no one will ever like and no one will ever admire... with all those hundreds of millions he has spent on them he could of spent on the poor countrys of Africa - too save and give them lives rather than give those greedy players a bigger wage pack even though they don't need all that money.
